Bug [RS3] Banking error changing to note withdrawal

with the following code:
Code: 
Bank.setWithdrawMode(Bank.WithdrawMode.NOTE);

it does not set the withdraw mode to note, causing bot to just delay as it keeps hitting this point

using:
Code: 
Bank.getWithdrawMode().equals(Bank.WithdrawMode.NOTE)

works as intended, so it is able to read the current mode, but cannot switch it to note (havent tested switching from note to unnoted, but i believe it will have the same issue)
