Are you trying to run a LITE version of a PREMIUM bot?
Most PREMIUM bots that charge by the hour to be used have a LITE version, which let you demo the functionality for a brief period of time.
Sounds like this is what your problem is.

Bots authors implement their own limits sometimes. This is likely not a RuneMate limit as @American Express explained. Please share what the name of the bot is so I can make the bot author convey this to the user more clearly.
