I paid for an upgrade since my free 200 hours were up. Paid for a single payment of $2 and still says I have no more hours. Please help me.

A $2 donation will only give you the Supporter rank, any further payments will stack on top and give you 100 hours/$1.

To add on to this, the easiest way to think about it is that each $1 gives you 100 hours total. So $2 gives you 200 hours total (which is the same as free users have), $3 gives you 300 hours total (100 more than free users), etc
