Runemate does not support the NXT client, you therefore must download the other client. Uninstall NXT client and download the client from the link provided.

Regardless, Jagex has ceased support for the Java client so you cannot play on it anymore. It has been disabled inside of the RuneMate client for now whilst discussions are happening.
