when I try to start any bot I got a black screen inside the OSRS client. (the bot is working fine though)

Sometimes my my client will do that when the RuneMate is hooking the osrs client but it will resolve itself after a few seconds once Runemate hooks properly so not sure why it stays like that for you.

Maybe try reinstalling your osrs client.

Just to be clear, the osrs client works fine when there is no bot started right?

Yes it works fine.
And the black screen stays as it is as long as the RuneMate is hooking the osrs client.

Click on the settings cog next to your username in the upper right corner of the RuneMate client and make sure "Render polygons" is on
