Apparently I can't use my accounts cause they are protected by a vault, which requires my "RuneMate Vault Password" a password that I obviously hadn't set.
Any idea on the issue? am I missing something?

A password is pre-set for you. Click on the vault icon and it will let you overide it, setting your own custom password for future use.

Having this issue as well, tried clicking the icon but it keeps telling me the password is invalid

I just clicked on the Forgot Password button and it allowed me to set a new one.

I know this is an old thread but I just have to say HOW STUPID this design is. Setting ANY passs should be up to the user and should be in the control of the user. It makes NO sense to auto set some pass that the user has no idea bout and then have to reset as their own pass. Problem is that, it now deleted the accounts you set up for whatever you were doing. so now I have to restart, re-import acc info from jagex and so on. This set people back sever minutes to perhaps hours depending how many new sessions you had running, so if you payed for this account and had like 20 bots running they are ALL gone now because some dumbass who desinged this decided it would be BRILAINT idea to take agency AWAY from the user. NOTHING SHOULD BE EVER HAPPENING WITHOUT USES INPUT EVER. You should not log on and suddenly locked out because dumbass who programmed it decided it was a good idea to set security "vualt" FOR THE USER instead of having the USER todo this...honestly runemate FK off, I am never using this again..fking hell.
