Bots are diverse compared to other sites. But the charge immediately at the start of the script and not the first 5-10 minutes? I understand why this is but..

When American Express just tells people to "sUcK iT Up, iTs tHE cOsT oF A biG MaC" is pretty cringey. Really turns me off from this entire platform.

I always recommend testing using the trial if it's a bot you've never used (or haven't used in a while), or if it gives any issues at all.

Refunds are super streamlined and easy now actually, so if a bot shuts down early you can always request a refund via the sessions page: Sessions Page

All that being said I do understand the frustration with the system, but all I can do is give ideas how to mitigate losses.

I’ve seen you on Reddit. You make great bots and you deserve the money you get for them.

I wish the update policy was more stringent with some of these bots because some break and just never get updated.

There are still plans to auto-refund on extremely short sessions like that (up to a limit, to prevent abuse). Like Cuppa said, you can request refunds for sessions like these, and most authors will approve them without a thought.
