Hi Team,

I logged in on an old account to post this > I forgot my password to my alternate account and when it asks for "recovery code 1" I don't know where to search. If it refers to authenticator (assuming it does) then i don't have access with my new phone. How can i fix this please?

If you don't have access to your 2FA method or backup codes, then your RuneMate account cannot be recovered; we cannot and will not reset it for you.

Also - using multiple RuneMate accounts is not allowed.

If i can't use the previous account, and additional accounts is not allowed, then does that mean im not allowed to use RuneMate?

I believe he means you're only supposed to have 1 Runemate account, so you shouldn't have an alt anyway.

If the account you're logged into is your only active account, you should be fine botting on it.
