I never set a password on whatever this vault is. now im shut out from using my rs account.... i dont know the email by memory because its a random email and thats why when i do decide to play all i do is load up runemate to log in.... now im being blocked from logging in because of this vault....i never asked for it....

any help would be appreciated. would like to try to avoid having to buy a new account just to bot.....

RuneMate does indeed have a non-optional security measure in place that does not allow access to saved RS credentials except on the computer it is created on unless the user provides a Vault password they must then remember and provide on a second computer to decrypt their RS credentials locally. While we empathize with your circumstance we would advise not trying to use RuneMate as a password manager and instead using a proper password manager.

I have the same situation I never have set up a vauly feature nor do i rember this existing back in 2021, and when I origionally logged into my runemate there was no "vault" but upon a relogon there is now a "vault" blocking all of my info for my multipule accounts that I no longer have the info for, very sad and was planning on spending some money here but i think there is very poor moderation expecially with the response they gave you its quite rude and unprofessional.
