Hey guys, I've seen a Livid Farm bot here but no 'real' Farming bot. One who plants trees and/or herbs and does something else in the meantime. Not everyone is able to train Farming via Livid Farm so I think it's a good suggestion . What should it be able to do: GUI to select which trees/herbs to plant Detects which allotments you can access Go to the allotment (maybe a close teleport and use home teleport otherwise?) Plants seeds and pays Farmer Doing something else in the meantime while seeds grow (don't know if it's possible within the client to pause the current running bot, in this case this one, and start another one to do something in the meantime) I don't really think it's an easy bot to write, but if anyone here willing to try it, it will be greatly appreciated.
That was a damn fast reply, but what's preventing you from releasing it? You don't know for something to do while waiting or..?
Yeah, I wrote functionality to a basic tracker and added it to Alpha Buddy, but I didn't bother about adding anything more cause I couldn't think of a decent activity to do while waiting for the crops.
That's what I thought too, but it would be more awesome if we could choose another bot to run in the meantime, just don't know if this is possible within the client.
Yeah, it would be awesome since farming is so fucking slow and would be good if we who bot 24/7 could gain the xp when it's botting another skill
Indeed, doing Fletching/Woodcutting or another skill like that are skills who a lot of people already have 99, so it would be cool to select an existing bot so we can do some money making while waiting for example.
I believe if you bring headless/featherless arrows and unfinished bolts that you would never have to bank while getting good fletching experience.
You could add a list of activities that range from low to high level (fishing, chopping maples/yews, mine seren stones, etc) and have them do that. But that's also like your idea of running another bot during the downtime.
Yeah, that's why I suggested that. Otherwise, the bot author would have to write all those activities just for this bot..
