I would say it certainly doesnt increase ban rate, at least then you change it up every day rather than just doing the same repetitive thing all day every day.

i only do some quests or do some skills if there issent a script for

I Would recommend you to only BOT on an account that you are botting on since you can get banned, and think if you have wasted a lot of time on it playing legit, that is useless to do, so start play legit when you dont need to bot it more =)

I bot maybe 10-20 hours a week. No more then 2-3 hours at a time, doing skills that I require to complete quests. Then I do quests because that is what I enjoy about runescape.
