    Make sure you have the latest Java.
    If you do, reset Java association using Jarfix.

    Never had an issue with Win10. Maybe make sure you have enough pc specs, and run the latest version of Java JRE. (8.66)

    Remove Java completely using utilities such as "JavaRa", clean your computer of any files related to Java, and re-install Java.
