Title says it all...what do I do in runescape ... bond has expired, so i'm just stuck in f2p...and when people try to interact with me or vice versa, my character spits out a message saying something along the lines of "I am not allowed to do that since I have been using a bot" -_-

Yes, this is Jagex's new way to name and shame bots. The 7 day restriction only counts in-game time, so your account has to be logged in.

meh they banned my main account before...so I have no inclination to play legit...especially for a whole fckin week :| Actually let me not say a week...I should say 168 hours! :'(
