After looking through 10 threads and reinstalling java, osrs, and runemate no less than 5 times each (total of 5 hours troubleshooting), I thought I'd post here. I'm still getting this error 'Failed to bind the game to the game client because of a AgentInitializationExeception'. Code (Text): [Debug] RuneMate Version: 2.2.3 [Debug] Java Version: 8u92 x86 (Oracle Corporation) [Debug] Operating System: Windows 10 x64 Attempting to start official client. If it does not open shortly please do so manually. Checking for a new game instance every second for two minutes or until one is found. Found a new game instance after 15 seconds. Failed to bind to the game client because of a AgentInitializationException com.sun.tools.attach.AgentInitializationException: Agent JAR loaded but agent failed to initialize at sun.tools.attach.HotSpotVirtualMachine.loadAgent(nh:33) at nul.IiIIiIiIIIII.class(jyb:206) at nul.IIIiiIiIIIII.run(jzb:121)
If you view your logs folder there should be a second log with different contents that was from the game's end, can you post that?
hey, I was having the same exact issue but i found a solution. I had installed runemate on a hard drive different than the one that had Java installed. If you have 2 hard drives and have rune mate installed on a hard drive that doesn't have the java installation, reinstall rune mate on the same drive that has java. Fixed my issue.
