Hmm, I am not an expert on OSRS, but can't you get all those "high" skill levels within 1-2 days? On top of that you risk getting them flagged this way, unless you use personal vpn's for each account, which I highly doubt.

I used to do the exact same thing as Botterking, but I couldn't keep up with demand so I just closed the service. There's enough demand for it, but supply was in my case the problem.

I used to run 18 clients at once, but it still wasn't enough, considering people wanted to buy 50 accounts at once. Also considering some don't make it through (banned) makes it a very difficult operation on large scale.
