Type a random letter (A-Z) in the signup and choose the first option that has been dropped down and create a generic password for all accounts (Kappa123 for example). Once an account is successfully created, click generate new email and repeat the process. Completing tutorial island or verifying accounts are optional

It wouldn't matter if the accounts were suicide bot. And it auto generates a new email automatically after 24 hours

I use throwaway mail because I can't care any less about my suicide bots. And because its the only throw away email I've been able to use when signing up with runescape but if you are able to tell me another one then I'll check it out
