How exactly does the ban system work?

I received a moderate, so afterwards will I just be perm banned or is there 1 more moderate to follow before being gone for good?

How unsafe is it to bot after being banned before?

Safe to say that if you have been given a 48 hour ban, that your next one will be permanent. I think it even says this on your account status section on the Runescape website.

No one really knows Jagex's true detection methods, however if it happened to me I would do the following:

Uninstall Runescape
Clear Runescape/Jagex cache files
Change my IP
Resume botting, but do so smartly - less hours per day

Even then, there are no guarantees doing the above will decrease your chance of further bans.

~6-10 hours I believe. The services section says some days were ~14 but I i think a lot of that time was having the bot paused, idk if it counts that time or not.

ISP has nothing to do with it.

IP Address does.

I mean I am botting on the same IP addresss still no ban.

I had 48hrs ban on ALL of my bot farm (6accs). I kept on botting and 1 got permanently banned and the other 5 did not. Botting ~18hrs a day.

I know this is late, but how have you not been banned. Aren't you gold farming with it as well?

I really wanna bot the shit out of div until i'm done with it, even considering just risking a perm ban on my main to get this tripe over with. But I got banned there in the first place, i'm not sure how you're getting off scot free

Necro on this, I expect the thread will help new-ish users out. Got 48 temp bans on RS3 this week on 2 accounts out of 4 that bot. Cleared Cache and will resume botting after a few quests. (No IP change)

Interesting to read above that some lads just get temp bans them NP.
