Bug Cant Open RuneMate/Login

I Recently update my account to supporter cuz i reach my limit from 200 hours(i tried create another account to get some 200 hours more, maybe is it ?) and when i try to logging it appears this error from this pictures

my connection works fine and i already tried disable my firewall if some admin can help me i aprecciate..

thanks for attention

First of, you can't create two accounts to bypass the usage limits, it's against the terms of service and could get you in trouble.

The connection issue sounds like an issue on your end, not so much on RuneMate's. But you might want to try redownloading the client (first completely removing the current RM client from your pc) and installing it again. Try both the standalone jar and the automatic installer. See if they make any difference.

yeah dude, i already tried this, i cant even re-download the runemate, i used a vpn to see if my connection is really ''blocked'' and apparently it is, the bot run normal with vpn, but without him doesnt work, i will try to talk with some admin or something like that, thanks for the help

Are you trying to run this on a school or work network? Or your personal home network?

And as Derk said above, don't make a second account to get around your hour limit. This may end up with your Runemate accounts banned.

yeah i will not anymore, but i already did this, maybe this is the problem(i hope not), its on my personal home network, I already rode the bot today, this is something very recent
