    I get the impression that jagex might be cracking down more on bans lately in general, across all bots (not just Runemate) as I'm seeing more chatter of bans across many discords. Either way I will see what I can do.

    got some starting issues with the miner. started on accident once, and now when i start i cant select ores to mine. I have to restart but i gues i lose some money in the proces

    For any refunds feel free to submit them via Sessions, and feel free to test using the trial so you don't get charged. Pressing Reset Bot Settings might fix it; Let me know if issues persist.

    Hey, can you please provide more info? It should definitely be working, but it is case sensitive & needs to be exactly as it is in game, with runes in your inventory etc. Ideally if you could send screenshots of your inv/settings

    Not sure about the standing in bank for hours, as a failsafe should kick in after a few minutes. If youd like a refund you can submit it via Sign in to RuneMate

    And I can take a look at the log if you dm it (found in Help > View Logs)

    hey so i never had issues with this bot till today i ran it like 6 times changing different settings have no free trial and all 8 times i was charged. im a little annoyed because the bot stops after 3 minuets of use and logs me out of game and shuts its self off. it states i have plugin's enabled but i have everything disabled and i have not changed anything since the last time using it a few days ago.

    Hey, so regarding the charging, unfortunately that's just how Runemate works; It charges on bot start & each hour after and I cannot change that. If you'd like a refund you can submit it via Sessions though

    If it's saying you have incompatible plugins but you definitely turned them off, I'm not sure, as that'd imply Runemate is just returning the wrong data.... Overall restarting osrs & RM, or your PC, and disabling any plugins which may interfere would be my advice

    If you're out of trial it may be worth seeing if other bot trials/free bots are working for you. Let me know if issues persist.

    There is an error with the new U. It keeps crashing unfortunately when doing woodcutting on OSRS.

    Can you please dm me the log from the session (help > view logs) and maybe a screenshot of the error you're seeing/your settings?

    CG Bot is currently bugged, picks almost a full invy of herbs then Spams vials. 6 fails in a row post update.

    Sorry about that. Runemate was having some issues after yesterday's game update, but everything should be working again if you restart OSRS & Runemate.

    Is there a runemate update? Runemate says it is runscape is unsupported due to a recent game update.

    Hey, I'm running the bot now and this doesn't seem to happen for me. Does it happen a lot? You could raise mouse speed in Runemate settings (the gear icon) or just enable Direct Input (also there & in the bot)

    Hi cuppa i have two bot requests please and you and mike are the best bot makers so far. can you please make a simple cooking bot for F2P accounts and a bot that kills vyrewatch vampires specifically. thank you. Here's what id personally pay for each bot per hour. 5 cents for vyrewatch 7 cents for cooking.

    Hey, I definitely appreciate the kind words! So for a cooking bot, I would consider it but there's a lot of cooking bots already which should be solid honestly, like MaxiCooker, Hexis Cooker, Misfits Cooker, etc. You could try those and let the authors know if you have any feedback?

    For Vyrewatch killing, it would be a cool bot, but honestly I have no plans for it at the moment. I know there used to be one but not sure why it was removed, but maybe you could request it in the Bot Requests subforum, or on the #bot-requests channel on the RuneMate discord? I'm sure someone would be able to make it :)

    i am having issues with the credits i buy they keep running down even after logging off so 5 credits is lasting me less than 2 days?? supposed to be 0.20 an hour i need this looked at, i will not buy anymore credits till its looked at and refunded for lost credits

    Hi, so just to clarify the way Runemate works is it charges on bot start & each hour after. So if you restart the bot (or it crashes) it'll charge again. So if a bot is giving issues, please test using trials or let me know so I can assist.

    I'm definitely down to refund but you'll need to submit them via the Sessions Page

    ok thanks ill be in touch but i dont think the trial will show anything being free for 3 hours a week i should be getting 25 hours each time on 5 credits if i am correct but no worries ill get back to you

    i checked the trial use i used about 3 hours so thats right and its not a refund i really want id prefer it in my account to use the app cheers

    Having issues with Corrupted gauntlet since getting the new deadeye range prayer man. Up until yesterday its worked flawlessly! Standing at the boss using magic just fine then when its range time it just stands there.

    I replied to your DM as well, but for anyone else who may be wondering: I believe there is a Runemate side fix pending for this. Will hopefully be resolved soonish in the next Runemate update.

    Having issues with your forestry woodcutter at Redwoods at woodcutting guild, bot keeps sitting idle - sometimes works for hours, other times will idle and stop the bot. All plugins are disabled, any ideas?

    It's hard to say based off this, especially if it's rare. I'd kinda need more specific info to look more into it.

    Normally I'd ask for a bot log to look further into it but Runemate logs have been buggy lately so I'm not sure if it'd actually tell me much.

    I'm not totally sure what to say here currently; I guess let me know if you find it happens under more specific circumstances and I'll keep an eye out for it as well.

    Issue with MLM bot, breaks after about 16 minutes every time. Where after the bag fills, and there is 1 or 2 "pay-dirt" in my inv, and it just keeps trying to use the pay dirt on its self over and over until it Logs out. What am I doing wrong and how can fix this?

    It's hard to say exactly based off this, but it sounds like it's probably trying to drop it. Do you have any plugins active which might interfere with dropping? If the issue persists please dm me a log found in Help > View Logs
