I guess I'm just not understanding, I have used 0 hours on this account. Using a separate IP that not a single person has used besides myself. And still receiving the same outcome as if I have used all of my hours. Thanks for the help.

Would this still apply after changing the IP? Because I have done that and I am still getting the same outcome. Some clarity on that would be appreciated.
