Hey, I do get the frustration, so I'll try to explain my thoughts here.
First of all, I'm sorry the bots have been causing bans for you. Unfortunately it's always a possibility, and jagex is super inconsistent in banning, so two people doing the exact same thing with the same bot might have different results.
---
I do agree with what both Party, and you said though.
I've noticed in bot development there's really a phenomenon where botters don't say anything at all unless things go wrong, in which case they do speak up, understandably. I've gotten lots of reviews and feedback over the years like "I used your bots a ton, or got lots of 99s, and now I got banned/encountered some bug. 1/5 stars" and it's the first and only time I've ever heard from them, even though they've been around for years.
And I totally understand that & the frustration, but my point is just that people are way more likely to post when they encounter an issue, and not say anything when everything goes as expected.
So the more people using a bot, ironically the more negativity you see around the bot because it concentrates. While people who have a positive experience usually say nothing, as that's the "expected" outcome.
I mean sure I guess but a lot of people also smoke cigs just because they dont all get cancer doesnt mean they arent giving people cancer
To address this analogy directly: Yes the bots are causing bans, as all bots could always cause bans. I would never claim otherwise. I think that'd be super irresponsible.

That aside, we don't really have ban numbers, all I can base it off of is anecdotes and bot usage. And yes, based off what I've heard it seems like jagex might be cracking down more recently across all bots/clients (I lurk a lot of other botting discords and see plenty of chatter of bans there too), but it's still not like everyone is getting banned. Bot usage has actually been climbing.
Super anecdotally, my impression is that the risk is currently higher than it was 6 months ago, but lower than it was 2 months ago, and similar to what it was a year ago. But that's based off nothing besides my impression. I don't know if that helps.

To tack on a few other thoughts here: Jagex does definitely watch newer or inactive accounts closer. So I think what often happens (might have here) is that if an inactive account gets botted suddenly, it might be banned quicker. And then the natural response is to make a new account and bot it, but since they watch new accounts closer that gets banned quicker too. And this is a bit of a negative feedback loop. I find once accounts hit a certain lifespan they seem to last longer but that's again anecdotal.
It's also possible your HWID or IP is flagged, but honestly I don't believe that's a factor personally, especially after just a few accounts. I also do not recommend botting on a VPN because it's very likely that VPN IPs are very heavily flagged, they've probably all had thousands of bans, which is way more sketchy than the handful on your home IP.
I really am always trying to find new ways to improve the "human-ness" of my bots or make them less risky, which is why I added so many features like Fatigue, AFKs, Breaks, even that Click-to-go mode (that I don't think many people use), and I'm always trying to add more. But again, jagex is inconsistent, and botting experience will vary a lot.

Sorry for the wall of text. Not trying to dismiss the experience, and I understand the frustration. I just have a lot of thoughts on this kind of stuff.
