I've just seen the message regarding the client struggling with picking stuff up due to a java update, so i'm guessing that's the issue!

Yep, so evidently there is an issue right now regarding selected items in a players inventory (in addition to some other stuff). When Cloud gets back from vacation this will get addressed. However, if you continue to see it happen after the next RuneMate update please reach back out to me :)
