    Hey I really like your fighting mate bot but I have been having a recurring issue; sometimes it just doesn't pick up some items such as a Rune 2h sword, ancient shards, Granite mauls etc etc. I was wondering if you could fix this?

    idk what happened but i paid the 75 cents and it charged me and ended the bot in less than 60 seconds. If its possible id like a refund, i spent about 2.25 cause i failed at jad once. other than that its a perfect bot. after i get my cape ill rate it 5 stars. Thanks my friend.

    Refunds can be requested via the Sessions Panel, and are issued at the Bot Author's discretion. Please note that refunds are limited and exceptions can not be made, so be mindful when submitting your request. Submitting a request will open a new forum conversation between you and the Bot Author.

    I’ve spent about 15 dollars trying to get 1 cape with 75 range 77 defence over 80hp. Multiple setups but still no luck. Any suggestions? Furthest I got was wave 54. There were a few instances I got charged but bot settings weren’t input… started bot, runemate shut down. I’ll keep trying but at some point if I can’t get it I’ve wasted a lot

    Hi Slash,
    I've been running your bot for over 100dollars. today i got charged 5x1$ but the client is crashing from your/runemate's side. I didn't change anything today I alrdy ran it for 15+ capes today.

    Can you look into it please and refund the last 5$. You can see they're all 1 minute apart from ea other.

    what are the best settings for a pure? Would you be able to refund me 2 dollars, I was trying to set the bot up but had my plugins enabled so it reset twice. Thank you!

    Hey, I was trying to use your fight caves bot but it kept getting stuck at the bank. I restarted it a few times but it charged me each time I reran it instead of per hour. I made a ticket in the discord

    Regarding payments:
    You are charged at the start of every bot session and every hour after that. If you stop a bot before the hour is over, you will be charged the next time you start the bot even if it's been less than an hour since you last started one. https://www.runemate.com/community/threads/billing-and-payment-faq.9265/

    I wasted about 5.00 in credits trying to get the bot to work for prayer only for a pure build and it struggled the whole time, not sure what I did wrong but eventually it just quit praying all together.

    bot ran flawless apart from "Eat at" bugged out was eating between 50hp-max
    If I could get $1 back from the $2 spent cause of having to reset it, would appreciate it :)

    also acc didn't have anymore range pots, hence why its at 2.

    I accidentally hit stop instead of pause and got charged an extra dollar for just a few minutes of time I was using prepping. After that i restarted, and it worked great and i got charged the proper 2 dollars. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hey Slash, first run of the Fighter cave script bugged within 2 minutes of starting, then the second run ran perfect up until the last mage on wave 62.. then it hit the one hour mark and turned off because I dropped below $1. Is there anyway you could help here please? Thank you

    Hi SlashnHax, the Hallowed script runs well but struggles abit on floor 5. It sometimes goes too early or too late on the last obstacle causing it to sometimes miss the time. Floor 1-4 runs flawless but for floor 5 it seems to get hit by the obstacles 70% of the time

    Hello SlashnHax, I made a bit of a mistake by not reading the billing and payments FAQ, and was unaware that starting and stopping the bot would charge me $1 for every instance I did that, and I was changing some settings up so I wound up with 5x $1 charges. I was curious if I would be eligible for a refund, if not I understand. Thanks
