    Cupa, can you help me? I lost .32 trying to use your agility bot. It works fine for about 20 or 30 minutes and a message appears saying "bot can not reach the next obstacle." It stops, and when I restart it, it charges me again. I thought it was my mistake, but I did it 4 times. Could you give me a refund and fix it? Good bot, just needs to polish that detail.

    absolutely love the bots, working my way through each one... is it possible to add some features to the gauntlet bots where you can get the combat achievements? likes the making no prayer pot in there and using t3 armour? ive tried inputting in gathering no herbs but then it using all prayer before reaching boss and just dies.

    Hey, so the bot can support some combat achievements but I wasn't able to add all (like t3) as they didn't really fit into the rest of the bot's strategy.

    For making no pots for example, it can do this if you select no herbs & enable 1 tick prayer flicking.

    For others you might be able to complete them with helper mode & you can collect the gear you'd like to use.

    Hey Cuppa,

    Since the update this morning the agility bot is not working at seers village.

    It isn't recognizing any obstacles, and at the start will click at the tile next to the bank where the agility start is and just stand there.

    Yeah runemate sometimes has temp issues after game updates, but restarting everything usually fixes them :)

    Using all your basic skill leveling bots like Miner, Forestry, Agility etc
    I pray that you will create a basic bone burying bot like the ones stated above. To me it would sound like your most basic/easy bot to date.

    Any possibility for you to do this? <3

    I have probably spent about 40$ on your bots so far!

    Hey, I'm glad you're enjoying the bots :)

    It's definitely possible to make a bot for this, but honestly I'm a bit swamped currently so it's a bit hard to find the time. And honestly this sounds like a nice little project that I'm sure another dev would like to try out. You can definitely post it in the bot requests section on the forums, or on the Runemate discord, I'm sure someone will take it on!

    Hi Cuppa, is there a plan to add stringing to vale totems? (or have i missed it?)

    With bow string spool should add a decent extra % fletching exp per run.

    Hi, unfortunately I'm not able to give extra trial time. All my bots have a free trial of 1+ hour per week, but if you've already used it you'll need to test using a different bot or wait for the trial to reset.

    You can also submit Refunds but please note that Runemate may limit refunds at some point so it's not recommended to debug on premium versions. You can always DM me for help debugging.

    Hey, yeah Runemate was down earlier due to the RuneLite update. But it was just updated again and should now be working if you restart OSRS & Runemate.

    As always, feel free to test using the trial & let me know if issues persist. (And if they do I'd just try again later)

    Having an issue with the agility script. Have tried resetting runemate and runelite multiple times and it won't start, any recommendations?

    Hi, I'm not sure what might cause this offhand. Make sure to disable any plugins which might interfere, and restart everything and test the trial.

    If issues persist please DM me a log found in Help > View Logs

    got some starting issues with the miner. started on accident once, and now when i start i cant select ores to mine. I have to restart but i gues i lose some money in the proces

    For any refunds feel free to submit them via Sessions, and feel free to test using the trial so you don't get charged. Pressing Reset Bot Settings might fix it; Let me know if issues persist.

    Hey, can you please provide more info? It should definitely be working, but it is case sensitive & needs to be exactly as it is in game, with runes in your inventory etc. Ideally if you could send screenshots of your inv/settings

    Not sure about the standing in bank for hours, as a failsafe should kick in after a few minutes. If youd like a refund you can submit it via Sign in to RuneMate

    And I can take a look at the log if you dm it (found in Help > View Logs)

    hey so i never had issues with this bot till today i ran it like 6 times changing different settings have no free trial and all 8 times i was charged. im a little annoyed because the bot stops after 3 minuets of use and logs me out of game and shuts its self off. it states i have plugin's enabled but i have everything disabled and i have not changed anything since the last time using it a few days ago.

    Hey, so regarding the charging, unfortunately that's just how Runemate works; It charges on bot start & each hour after and I cannot change that. If you'd like a refund you can submit it via Sessions though

    If it's saying you have incompatible plugins but you definitely turned them off, I'm not sure, as that'd imply Runemate is just returning the wrong data.... Overall restarting osrs & RM, or your PC, and disabling any plugins which may interfere would be my advice

    If you're out of trial it may be worth seeing if other bot trials/free bots are working for you. Let me know if issues persist.
