ApexCooker PRO updated to v3.1.1.

• Added Catherby as a supported location for OSRS.
• Optimized camera movements to have an increased yaw. Shouldn't hug the ground in most cases now unless necessary. This should improve overall interaction success rate with RS3 and OSRS.
• RS3 Interactions now have a delay between when the next interaction will occur to prevent spam clicking.
• Added a node to the conditional tree logic to check if the range or fire is within a proper range of the player, if not it will traverse closer towards the range or fire.
• Traversal logic now has a delay between next movements to prevent spam clicking.
• Added logic to always check if the bank is closed before trying to navigate or interact with the range.
• Improved query for checking if a bank is nearby the player.
• Other small optimizations.
