I'm sorry to hear that, but glad it worked well overall.
It seems that jagex intermittently manually bans people at CG, or at least that seems to be the popular opinion.

You might have resolved it by now, but if it's entering regular gauntlet when corrupted is selected, please try:
- Reset Bot Settings button, and enter the settings again
- Disabling any plugins that may swap menu items
- Restarting osrs & RM may fix it
As always, you can dm me if a bot is giving issues

In the future, if you want a refund, you can just dm me, rather than posting a 1 star review before contacting me.
Sometimes Runemate has some issues and may crash, but those are usually outside my hands and no something I can do much about. Which is why I'm pretty lenient with refund requests.
Feel free to test using the very generous 3 hours free per week on both the CG and regular Gauntlet, so you don't get charged while the bot is giving you issues.

I'm not staff on the forums. I can't & don't delete reviews, and I don't appreciate the accusation. If you had a review up and it was removed (which I have no idea, I don't recognize your username) then that'd mean staff deemed it unreasonable. But that's outside my hands.
Anyway,
The bot tracks success rate, and the current average success rate for *everyone* running CG is 88%. So if you're seeing far below that, there's something going wrong on your end.
I could help you debug if you reached out. Which I don't believe you have. Since you've given me no info, all I can do is make blind guesses here:
- Is your account a low level? You posted on the Fight Caves Mate thread that your ironman was/is 63 ranged. That's extremely low for CG, if that's the account you're using. Recommended stats are around 85's combat with ideally CoX prayers, though Ranged/Magic/Def are the priority
- If you are on Runelite, please try disabling ALL plugins, as a lot of them break bot behavior. You can make a separate profile with all plugins off, so you can play on your regular profile when not botting.
- Make sure your FPS/ping are reasonable. (At least 30+ FPS and 50ms- ping)
- Make sure CPU usage/ram aren't spiking too much, and ideally try to minimize how much you're running in the background
- It could be the mouse speed. I recommend leaving DirectInput & Hopping Mouse on, and crank RM mouse speed to 3x (in settings)
- One botter found that his Antivirus was somehow throttling Runemate, so you could consider turning yours off if you have a 3rd party one
- If you're on Mac, Runemate can have some issues. One example is App Nap, and/or RM needing to be the focused window while botting, but there may be other causes
