Does exactly what it says, makes wines for mad XP, this is one of the cheapest ways to get 99 cooking. for me from 35-60 cooking in less than an hour an will continue using this. I would recommend letting the wine ferment after a little bit to make sure you get the XP first and level up to lower failure rate.
