Does this happen on all bots, or only a specific one? Reach out to the bot author to check your log files and see if it is a you problem (eg: a setting issue or RuneLite plugin conflict) or a them problem (eg: a broken bot that needs updating).

The upgrade system is completely automated. If you haven't received your upgrade, it means RuneMate hasn't received your payment. PayPal and/or you bank can be the cause of the delay which usually clears within 24-48 hours.

VPNs can cause problems with how the RuneMate client binds with the OSRS or RuneLite game clients, so are difficult to provide fixes for. Try making sure your VPN is active at a device level, rather than only applying to certain apps.

Are you using an unmodified RuneLite installation? In other words - are you using a modified RuneLite via a third party provider?
