It does say that my hours have been reached it started from 7th July does that mean it will renew today as in 7th August, I was not sure whether it was time related or dates.

You are using multiple RuneMate accounts to attempt to get around the hours limit. This will not work (as you've experienced) and is against our rules.
Stick to ONE RuneMate account only, or you may be banned from the service entirely.
