So MES isnt actually supported by runemate, I just hacked some logic in there to allow left clicks… if it is still right clicking outside the bank try reset the left click option when outside the bank, it might be overlapping and causing issues on the bot recognising the action order

Theoretically yes you can use a custom drop list and remove the bones. But you end up back at the bank so often. You also then need to balance the food/prayer pot setting as it will be dropping food for bones So you can do it, but baby sit the first run to make sure you arent wasting your food

The bot understands if it missclicks, if it is taking too long to react ai believe its an issue with resources on the PC. As for MES, there isn’t any right clicking involved? Coal bag empty is a left click now.
