Please provide the log files. Open RuneMate and go to Help > View Logs and upload your most recent log and include it in your post. We need to know the exception message to be able to fix it.

Are you 100% sure you never set up an app authenticator? Didn't listen to the very scary message and don't have your backup codes?

Uninstall RuneMate from your computer, redownload from www.runemate.com, and reinstall.
