I can not log into runemate, it says "an unexpected error occurred during log in. Please try agfain and report this error but it's been like this since yesterday despite trying everything to log in/ Please fix this or offer a solution

ive synced the time, tried to set it to automatic, and manual and runemate still gets stuck at sign in loading

Please provide the log files.

Open RuneMate and go to Help > View Logs and upload your most recent log and include it in your post. We need to know the exception message to be able to fix it.
