you have to understand that making botting with NXT possible is not just some kind of "fix", it's unexplored territory for client developers and supporting it is the same workload of building an entirely new client from scratch, if not more.

There are no public NXT bots atm, but the future is looking bright :)

There hasnt been made any official announcements yet on how runemate will continue with RS3 support. That being said you'll be well off with an optimistic mindset ;)

inventory setup doesnt matter, the bot will adjust it if necessary. it picking up the herb tar doesnt make sense to me at all, the only items it should be picking up is regular herbs and regular swamp tar, there isnt any room for variance either. i'll get membership on my account soon and test...

hope you realize that this is in fact a client bug affecting every bot. this bug has been reported already of course but still, shouldnt just label it as bot related issue
