FYI all trials and premiums are quite literally the same bot, runemate just limits the duration for the trial. I'd need to see the log file and a screenshot of where it's stuck

Stopping and starting a bot will result in multiple charges. There's no issue in the client and the bots have no control over it so that's the only way you could have been charged more than you expected.

RuneMate builds a random profile for each of your aliases to change the behaviour slightly between accounts. If you're not happy with its choice of when and when not to use hotkeys you can delete the playersense files in the runemate folder and let it create new ones.
