PayPal had an issue earlier in the week that left payments pending. Please message @arbiter via direct message and provide him with your transaction ID so that he can process the refund.
Note that the issue has been resolved, so any new payments should be processed correctly.

Immediate teleports sounds like a configuration issue, and RuneLite crashing sounds like a problem with your local machine. Perhaps try asking on Discord for support with the RuneLite issue.
I have published a Nex Mass bot but have no intention of adding support for small-team completions at this time, in case anybody else fancies taking on that project.
