hi my account says it's locked to many log in attempts but yet forums works fine I just did the password email log in 2 step verification

i need help the bot works fine for 1 account but when trying to run 2 it just doesn't load the rs client. it lets me load the gui settings but not load? i subscribed because it wasnt letting me run 2 even though it says you can so i subscribed and it still wont work. help please. thanks
