You guys charged my card yet havent given me my 400 hours of bot time. 31 reads with no replies, kinda weird

I pay currently for 3 bots yet i seem to only be able to run one. I keep getting this issue (NotBoundException) or (error code: 831469) and its wasting tons of my money cause it starts the bot then cancels. HELP!!!! And i have tried everything ive seen in different posts, i tried the osrs client...
