Are you sure you aren't logged into different accounts on the client and the forums? Check that the username on the top right of the home page matches the username on the top right of the forums (and the same in the client):

Downloading a fresh copy is not the same as running an installer that you already downloaded. Uninstall RuneMate, download a fresh copy of the installer from the site, then re-install it. Unless it's related to the client version error shown above can you please make a separate thread detailing...

A lot of people use Cuppa's bots so it's only logical that a lot of people also get banned. If nobody used them, nobody would be reporting bans.

You need to install a fresh copy from the website, for whatever reason the auto-updater seems to be broken on macOS for a bunch of users.

Have you tried just re-installing RuneMate? If that doesn't work then you should be able to clear out the folder: %userprofile%\RuneMate\temp
