How much for pest control intermediate boat?

I could not get it to start as it would immediately crash.

I am having the problem of when using the portable wells it will sometimes just start hovering around the well. It won't click on it for minutes at a time. Normally I end up having to change the camera angle to get it to fix and sometimes even that does not work.
