Sup Lads,

Went away for the weekend but setup a bot, it literally went on for like 20 minutes and stopped. But it says I used 160 hours in the span of a day?

I wouldn't be complaining if I actually did, I pay for 300HRS a week and used paid scripts, can someone fix? Cause No way in hell I use 160 hours in a day lol

Why are my hours disappearing so quickly? I haven't used that many hours?
You are likely on a shared network or using a VPN where someone else on your network has used up the hours. If this is the case you should speak to your service provider and ask them to give each connecting user a unique public IP address.

My brother/sister/other uses RuneMate in my house, will our hours combine?
Yes. Hours used across multiple RuneMate accounts from the same IP address will combine. EG: Account001 uses 10 hours on a Monday; these 10 hours will also show up on Account002's usage history for Monday.

1. no, I am never on a VPN this is my private one that I use so there's no way that Someone can be on it.
2. No, I live alone and no one uses my account. The client would mess up for me recently, working for 20-30 minutes and then freezing and not working but it charges me, etc.

Theres no way I can do 160 hours, I'll send my RS username to you and you can see my total EXP gained in a week lol

For Example, It said i had 290/300 (Which was wrong), Now it says I used it for 310/300 now and my account was only botting for 1 hour max.
