My upgrade page shows 181/200 hours as of dec 24, 2025 which is 30 days rollover period but when I try to use rune mate bot, I get error saying 200 max hours limit reached. Just wondering when will I be able to use it again? The Pk bot is super handy and appreciate the team!

There are multiple RuneMate accounts on your IP address.

Using multiple RuneMate accounts to attempt to get around the hours limit will not work, and is against our rules.

Stick to using ONE RuneMate account moving forward.

No intentions to overuse the bot over the permitted hours. Only created another account becasue my temprors bot stopped working and tried on another account and it worked fine. You can check as I created the account before my 200 hours max. I respect the community and creators and plan to but premium once I can confirm the bot works fine. I had multiple breakdowns on my bot but still appreciate the creators and developers. Will i be able to use the bot again?

But i have 20 hours (180/200hrs used) remaining as of today, why cant I use those 20 hours today? Am i missing something? Or do i have to wait for the hours to go to 0/200 to start using it again?

The hours still "fall off" on a 30 day rolling period. What you're probably experiencing is a complication of the system due to creating a second account and using hours on that second account.

I have disabled the other RuneMate account you created. Stick to the one you made this forum post with.

Thank you for the support but I am still getting the same error. Any other resolution so I can use the remaining 20 hours?

You do not have any remaining hours because the "remaining 20 hours" you speak of were used by your other RM account. Those hours are being counted against you and will continue to be until they "fall off" on a 30 day rolling period. In short, you've used all 200 hours (across your accounts). You can either wait until they roll off or spend a few dollars increasing your limit.
