Is this a sign I should stop botting? And is this due to botwatch or was there a mod who banned me. Any help from those who have had this before would be greatly appreciated.

'Bot busting moderate' is, in my experience, a manual ban

Manual ban, and it also means that you should stop botting if you really care about the account.

I got it on my old main then is stopped botting for 6 months then returend to botting and got banned within a week. Maybe bad luck but i should probably stop botting on it though.

I recommend resetting your IP as Jagex is known for IP flagging
