It does say that my hours have been reached it started from 7th July does that mean it will renew today as in 7th August, I was not sure whether it was time related or dates.

I am still a over my usage and the hours have not been reset, even though it has been 30 days is that a issue or could you explain why i have no available hours to use. Thanks
