no i dont turn it off, thats my prime time i wake up to surprises

This is basically what i do also. If I wake up to a ban then oh well, but I dont because I bot smart! 8D

Yes, but unfortunately I couldn't keep the 4-6 hours rule. Too greedy I guess My account was actually since 2005, was wearing expensive items, but I was barely playing in the last 4 years and I was willing to take that risk.

I assume my biggest mistake was botting while sleeping, which means I couldn't sometimes pause the bot and manually play a bit.
