keep getting this error when trying to start a bot. brand new computer first time installing runemate on it.

00:00:00 SEVERE A necessary library for your runtime environment could not be initialized. Please restart RuneMate and try again. Contact support if the problem persists.
00:00:18 INFO Attempting to start official client. If it does not open shortly please do so manually.
00:00:29 SEVERE A necessary library for your runtime environment could not be initialized. Please restart RuneMate and try again. Contact support if the problem persists.

the logs don't really give me anything to go off.
 
Uninstalling the 64bit client and installing 32bit fixed the issue.

my pc is 64bit...
