Basically trying to initiate the bot and receiving this message: "a nescessary library for your runtime environment could not be initialized. please restart runemate and try again. contact support if the problem persists"

I think you're the dude who was asking about this on my discord and you already resolved it. But in case anyone else comes to this thread looking for a solution, try: Bug - having trouble starting instance (necessary library for runtime environment not located)

i have the same issue cant get out of it.. it doesnt give me any logs because it doesnt even start.. reinstalling 32 bit gives me another error too about not enough memory allocated.. does anyone has a proper solution about this situation??

I would make sure runemate is completely uninstalled. Restart your pc then reinstall the 32bit. That's the only thing that has ever worked for me. I don't know why the 64 bit is even an option I have never gotten it to work on any device.
