What I meant is your account is still not a supporter for some reason on the forums, I think @Arbiter is who deals with this stuff so perhaps he could help

If you paid with eCheck PayPal takes a while to clear the payment. You should see the PayPal help pages to figure out how to find out if it used eCheck. If you don't want to wait you can cancel your eCheck and pay a different way.
