Has anyone managed to get unbanned recently from a macroing major, unappealable?

being banned recently last 6 months, then getting unbanned from appealing it?

using a forum page like reddit/discord or whatever to contact jagex mods?

or has anyone been unbanned recently "claiming" their account was hijacked then botted on?
 
Note: i have tried to click on the appeal ban button, i tried to say it was to do with hijacking but they said its only for serious account offences. so its not even like i can just go on the website and say itwas hijacked

i dont use VPN, i should have propbably.....

but i have use multiple computers in different locations of this city for these accounts so i assume IP address should be logged differently and help my case however im not sure if this can be done.
