If i bot again a week after a 48 hour ban is jagex more likely to be watching my account to ban me?

Yes, and you'll end up with a permanent if you get caught botting again.

from my experiences from a 48hr ban on an account
bot only 4 hours or 5 then stop for 5 hours then after that bot again for another 4 hours

Nobody knows for sure but it's likely as other have pointed out. Smart thing would be to avoid botting on it for a while or at least heavily restrict the hours you bot.

I bot on my main which has a ban if i bot on it again it will be perm banned but i bot it to 99 div no ban
