i have a throwaway account i dont mind losing so i was wondering what are good things to bot for money in RS3 nowadays?

Cursed div is a horrible recommendation for him. Cursed div is good if you have a gold farm with several accounts, but he only has that one throw-away account which he will lose within days if he bots cursed div.

OP I recommend looking out for a more unique money making method that you can bot.
